Please arrive on time to your Consultation/Fitting with All materials requested to bring on hand.
Your project will be started once the initial deposit is made. During the consultation, we discussed your specific budget, the total amount, a deposit and balance. Your Deposit covers materials, initial time spent searching, measuring, cutting, and drafting patterns. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. (This protects the business in case you are to cancel your request after materials have been purchased, time spent, work started)
Shipping is a Separate Cost. We can discuss your preferred method of shipping during consultation and it will be added to your total balance.
ALL Orders with a deadline of 3 Weeks or less will be charged a minimum RUSH FEE of $150.(Note that this amount can increase given the difficulty of the project and/or time constraint). Rush Fee’s cover the time taken away from all other projects in order to solely work on yours. Next Day Express Shipping is also required for rush projects. (Priority Mail is no longer guaranteed during Covid-19)
Your order will be ready for pick up/shipped once the balance is completely paid. There is usually a final fitting in which we will discuss if anything more needs to be done to your custom piece. You are welcome to take home once the full Balance is paid via our discussed payment method.
